Using !drop command instantly when someone is lagging. Must give time for the person lagging to stop. 8 hours - 3 days
(Command removed use !synclimit 9999999 .However, please give the lagger a chance to recover. If he doesn't after a while use that command.)
Kicking a person who is downloading in the lobby.: 1 hour - 1 day
(If you don't want to play with a person downloading swap him to another team (Admins only) or leave)
Team Item destroying/Team Item Wielding without permission.: 8 hours - 3 days
Bug Abuse: 18 days - permanent
Hacking of any sort: Permanent
Selling your Items Intentionally and wanting to lose money. 10 hours - 3 days
Intentionally not buying hero and refusing to use the money to aid ally, just keeping it. 8 hours - 3 days
Abusing the elo system*
*Playing with an account (or playing on) which <0 elo on the same ip address as the main in order to gain more elo for the main

Weren't the drop command and kick command removed
in this case, you must give them to like the 3rd time they lag before you up the sync limit(no more than 300). if they continue to lag terribly, then around the 4th time up it to 5-700 in order to get rid of them. this basically applies only to continuous lag.

| "Abuse elo system" is very vague. You need be more specific about this rule /or just delete this rule because we dont know what "abuse elo system" mean. For example swap player with -1000 elo (rogerlucas, edu.reme, princess88) is abuse YES or NO? Playing under -1000 account is abuse? And where is some evidence about who is the real player (noob) with -1000 and who is "pro" under fake account? Yes you can see flag or IP adress but its not still evidence. Cou or Random see IP but maybe its not me who is playing under this account but just my brother or sister.

This rule is really stupid. You dont agree?
For example there are brother and sister. They both love CHF and they both playing CHF. This brother is very good player and he have very good rank and many ELO. But this sister... ehm she is very bad player (noob if you want) and she is for example -1200. And they both live together in same flat/house with their parrents. And OF COURSE they both have same IP adress.

She is -800 elo but you can download whatever replay you want and you will see she is noob, but definitely she is not losing games on purpose.
Its against rules have brother or sister (sibling) in CHF ?  Now Random probably going reset my sister elo? LOL

| You can see IP adress but you cant prove who is between monitor and chair. For example almost my whole family play CHF and we all have different accounts with different elo (its logic). And because we live together in same house we have also same IP.
I know Cou is not stupid and he will understand this. Even Random must realize this rule is very stupid.

It would've been more beneficial for you if you said gf or better yet, chipmunk.
Its a noble thought but Ive attempted to enforce rules but lead to more annoying exploits. Famous Lawyers like Adam cZ will just find a loop hole. We need a reset and a cap on - negstive elos. Say only 1000 elo and you can only go up fron there.

| We need delete whole elo system and play without stupid rank. People will have fun again and they will not !CS and !ALIAS everyone in lobby and leave games if there is not 99% chance win
OR
keep current system BUT how Random said long time ago "leave alts alone because you cant edit this system manually by one man"

| !alias command also sometimes not work... for example BajsHoran have alts "IgaveRoystomHIV" or "Rogeriucas" but if i see in lobby Bajshoran and type !alias there is not some allies

i am not lying... i have 3 sisters and one brother... they all playing CHF and they all have negative elo accounts (they are noobs i did try teach them how to play CHF but they dont listen me)
