Hi Gagamel, if you can calm down then perhaps I can ask Random to lift the ban off all of Germany. You might not be affected by it but your fellow German citizens are. I know a few good German players that play CHF alot like the lovely Janefox, Feeltree and GOD OF BLACK ARROWS Merquack and more. They don't have the ability to evade bans like you do let alone given the reason too because they did nothing wrong.
The will not say anything because 99% of them dont know about CHF forum. You just lose many players from Germany, good job Random. And if you want see how much big provider Telekom is, just use Google.
But if Gagamel can agree to stop any demise and sticks to it, then Germany doesn't need to be all banned necessary and it would have resolved any situations at hands. I don't believe any current or potential future German players need to be banned over the rampage of one, but at the same time, it can take one to ruin it all for everyone else.

You really banned all customers of the Telekom? Its the biggest provider in germany and this ban will affect hundreds or thousands of players. I hope you can find a solution for this problem. And it would be nice if you would unban me.
actually it seems that about 40% of Germany uses t.com. I dont want to disrespect you random260 but this range-ban seems more like a racist-ban to me. And the abuse has not stopped cause it anyway since i can still play. The abuse has stopped because i am looking forward to solve this issue by talking to web-ghost & bond. And it only hurts those people who have no premium accounts at vpn services (cause they have high ping) or have less knowledge about this topic. if u play a chess...like u want, u dont play the game u play a game...but not chess -Feelnoob

From the sounds of things, there might be green grass on the other side after all. Hopefully you guys can sort out an agreement successfully.
If Random doesn't log in or reply within the next day or 2, then I'll over step and remove the ban as I'm getting some pm messages from players asking why they are banned as well as the ones posting in the forums wondering what's going on. Too many civilian casualties.
