So i think I will give a chance to this new active member, she has the time to put in and is interested in involving the community and everyone here more and is friendly and down to earth and seems unbiased. Also she actually wants to help so try and welcome her and not be rude like with some admins in the past lol It might be good to have a female in the mix to moderate things and be a good mediator between players in disagreements etc.. She can also get to know people she plays with to help decide good trust worthy admins to moderate the bot. We have admins that donated that mostly want to use the power for themselves and their friends which is ok too but we need more good admin as Mods to the bot and for the community. She can also help cast good judgement.

I'm playing Warcraft 3 for over 6 years now. Footie: Maybe for 1 year. I know, i'm not very good in footie but i also know that I'm not a complete pub. My toughts about our community are very clearly. In the past few months our communitty sufferd under a little bit selfish admins. Please dont get this wrong: Bio and Random did a very nice work and they posted a lot of good ideas. But in the end they dont talked to the community, they forced decisions without discussing them, they made only friends admins and banned guys they dont like. Thats not how a community should work.
My ideas sound maybe a little bit simple but they will work: I want to talk with the community, i want them to discuss ideas and think about the problems who come with some "strange behavior" or abuse. But the most important thing is: I want them to understand and to work together. We all know that the footie community will lose members every month. Thats absolutly normal if you play an 10 year old game. But as far as i can see there is a large number of active players.
I'm looking forward to hear from you and I'm happy to work as an head-Admin.
