So i was trying to + talk's rep and when i did, it said ''Reputation cannont be changed'' , this was after 1 week i had last rep him and the security code was correct, it just said that reputation couldnt be changed, anybody know what the prob with that?

My bad, I was going to 1k rep and mods were jealous so they blocked it. :/

yeah why would you even give talk rep anyway, he is never going to see it or give you rep back.
