Here is v1.1 so u can actually make the themes if you want, I think those links u had were both the older version.
Download Warcraft 3 Theme Changer v1.1 this comes with that one night elf theme included but you will need to get the theme pack if you want the rest of the premades
It's still not that great in that version either tho, I also haven't worked on that program in years so that 1.1 is a few years old but it's links sorta died off it looks like. I'm probably not going to be making a new version for this at least not for awhile cuz the project files are on my laptop and haven't touched my laptop in over a year now.
I just remembered that you will need some of the themes from the theme pack in order to be able to create your own themes if you don't already have the theme pack you can download it from either of these 2 links.
