stooge if i'm a nub then why won't you 1v1 me? 
im not here to make enemies with any1 here or anything, just going to give my 2 cents on the matter
1v1 whether it be 1 player vs 1 player or 3 players vs 3 players is how competitive chf should be played. play ffa based games are of course fun and what everyone does, but the bottom line is that 1v1 is the most balanced and obvious way to see who the better player or players are. FFA based play has too many variables such as uneven team targeting.
if chf was an actual e-sport, this is how it would be.
don't get me wrong, 1v1, especially with only 2 players is almost a completely different game then playing with a full house, which is completely understandable. but at the end of the day it is what it is: 1 versus 1, no one can save you but your self. though i do have to agree that 1v1 compared to 3v3 is loads different solely because of the lack of the teamwork element, aside from that 1v1 perfectly mimics 3v3.
the reason i 1v1 is so i can find someone who can kick my ass, completely dominate me, so i can experience playing in tough situations and improve my play, micro, strategy and decision making. this is how you get better, actually evolve your skillset, not playing in pubs with randoms with a stacked team. i've found few players from HPMM that have already helped me improve by kicking my ass (u know who u are)
as far as getting a 3v3 goin on, i'm down
