in CHF probably yes... but best Warcraft 3 players are from China or Korea... there was probably one good player CHF (Soundwaves) but its only because CHF not popular in Korea
CHF popular for Latinos because South America is poor country and they dont money for new computers or Xbox/PS4 thats why they still play 15 years old games (just telling the true i dont want insult anybody) people in rich countries dont play Warcraft 3 anymore
For me, sadly though he plays rarely anymore at the top of the list is Cou followed by Baj, I know I still suck at the game itself, but my very first game Cou was an allie, and it didn't bother him I was a total noob, the same with Baj, he doesn't care if you're a noob or not, they both kick ass.
