As have said earlier, these are really shitty rules as they can become misinterpretted. Recently, quackforbrains has accused cyray of abuse for banning a user for killing their items. this same scenario was brought up with missus_k1lla also and i proposed that it be reworded to eliminate further confusion.
also, if u notice, a lot of these rules dont apply anymore(kicking dlers in lobby) or are actually enforced(map hacking permanent ban, assumed after repeat offending of course)

| I already explained this rule : The rule " team item destroying /team item wieldling without permission " means that the destroying of items which belongs to ur teamembers is banable , retardo. Item destroying is a legal part of chf as long as u dont try to ruin ur teammeber's game. For exsample : A player a see [ with rats ] that player b hides his healing wards of god unguarded in his shop zone. Therefore Player a decides to destroy them for survival.

| Banning ppl for breaking rules is fine, but use good judgement before doing it. Just remember there is only so many players between all realms, if we ban too many and they dont understand why they cant join for a few days we could lose more players that could affect filling times at some point.

the thing is that these rules are pretty much shit and not enforced, only on a person-to-person bases. need to have the rules written by someone with the capacity to use their brain and highly involved(footy_reborn, rosa, QQwaves, stQQge,etc) but definately not cou cause he's a vag
