that everyone can raed in this forum here, and agreeing by playing the map.
than u put some rules and bans in it.
take gagamels first 2 or 3 banned IPs for announcement.
than calculate the work and time you have and had to spend for all his abusing, what he has to pay for.

| Gagamel just ruined game again, check link: http://playchf.net/game/219432/
He used debug mode and then clicked on my hero during mass and used command "lvl up" so i was level 16 in mass while other heroes level 4-5 only. So right now he can say WIII is my account because i am using it to lvl up my own hero. Then he used "unit mine" and steal/mindraped my hero. Of course he again used ring of j33bus etc.
