Does anyone know when the new footies 4.1 or whatever its called is coming out? any thoughts? Iv played it a few times and it seems cool. Also side note, are we going to have clan games? I think we should maybe organize something for all of us to play together. or a tournament

4.1 has already been announced a long time ago and Bond was supposed to release it about 2 years ago, but he doesn't have the time and the motivation to finish it. It might be released someday but be veryyyyy patient.
Then all tournaments previously organized turned into great fails. I think it's still doable but you have to find some people very motivated in organizing it and you have to find enough participants which is not easy because very few people come on the forum. I think the only way to make a real tournament would be to make permanent announces on the bot so that everyone would be aware, but maybe in this case there would be too many players.

4.1 is more or less done.
It's just that Bond isn't motivated to release it because he has to figure out a way to implement the current ELO system on CHF and that takes time.... and for Bond, time means motivation which like I noted previously he does not have.

That said, if you want to sneak peak 4.1, you can always (ALWAYS) play the beta version that can be hosted by using bondbot2.
If you aren't admin on that, just ask the players that do have one on it like me, AccCreate, on US-EAST battlenet ^^

Thanks for the responses! I am down to promote a Tournament, or maybe we can have a set time or something, Footies is so much fun and i think that if we annouce it on the bot for everyone who wants to play to go to hpmm at a certain time, maybe that will work? Idk
