What is the proper use of control?

Spark did it in this game http://playchf.net/game/293027/ and then the other player got mad and BK.  I banned for the BK but not sure i should have due to possible control abuse.

Well I read the chat for the replay and spark said he did it for the base pet
Control gives you full share btw
but that guy bullkayzersiux owned the base pet and wasn't sharing so he falls under the category of
" Any intentional action which gives your team an unfair disadvantage: 3 days"
Now unless spark. bk him back bullkay here is the one who should be banned
So I think you did the right thing

Well see unless spark controlled red and messed around with his hero (or wasted red's gold for him by making him build towers) it was fine, as long as it was only for the pet
Besides reading the chat red flamed a lot so if spark did do anything like I've mentioned above, red would have flamed instantly

Yes that helps, i like control for helping newbies, but not for pet control.  If i own pet, i like to us it, unless my team needs it more than me.

Unfair disadvantage is very broad and vague/subjective.  playing 3 people (myself and my 2 brothers in the same room) gives me a unfair disadvantage? or does playin with a "pro" count as unfair?  footies is getting out of control with the banning,  im just saying, i dont know if its "abuse" or banning"  but either there is too much "abuse" or too much "ban".   i wish there was in game trigger to warn people and ban them so this would be solved,

What you're saying is very vague......that rule refers to in-game actions such as feeding

so many in game actions can be subjectively viewed as unfair though.  there is just too many scenarios to do a broad sweeping statement to say unfair things are bannable, i agree that unfair things shouldnt be allowed but what is unfair? yes we can point out what is unfair but can you actually make a complete list of every unfair thing that can possibly come up?   everyone has different views on what is unfair

I just dont want to get banned for an "unfair" reason that is not on the list.   I guess if someone gets banned for a "unfair" offense, it should be a panel of Admins that approve or deny the ban, not just one admin that says ok thats unfair, it should be like 3 admins.  unless its something obvious...but then again..."Obvious" can be argued that it is  subjective also!!! 

just sayin!
