I am playing CHF maybe 4 years? Not sure about it... but today firstime i bought Ice Bolt and that item is very useless. Only 100 dmg and 1 second stun duration? Is that joke?

Well if you use it alone then yes it sucks but with banish and some hk abilities it is pretty useful

adam i think one second is pretty good because 2-3 will unbalnce. very few people use it, dont need more.

Yeah... I bought Ice Bolt in July 2014 (almost 2 years ago) and i forgot about it... i was not lying when i said "today fistime i buy ice bolt" i just forgot because 2 years is 2 years

firebolt, storm bolt or empale is stu duration 4 seconds... so i think 2-3 seconds for ice bolt is OK... seriously only 1 second is joke

But look this skills lvl5-6 and ice bolt only need pay ,there is a difference? ice bolt how sapport skill dont need make imba.

I believe Ice bolt is pretty balanced. Its cost is pretty low and it only gives you a tiny stun, which adds some more skill to your playstyle because it's almost like a spell to launch. It can be used to micro to chase heroes or to interrupt channeling spells. I admit it's not that good but it's a very interesting item and I don't think it should be buffed. If it was, everyone would play it and then people would cry to nerf it.

And real 4.1 will never be out anyway so I don't know why you are asking to change an item lol
