Stealing or destroying enemy item isn't reason for ban. Only team item stealing.
If I drop some items on the middle of map then any pub can take that. But that's item stealing.
Are you going to ban them all?
And bond isn't good at english even tho it's his native and the only language that he can use.
He had to open up dictionary to check right spelling of "Choas"

| Because english is not my language... I respect english is language number one in the world but still its not my language. If you will try write something in czech i think it will be funny too for me. Or if you will try write in spanish it will be funny for Roystom etc.
