This command is used for elo gain and less for blancing a stacked game Even with ars you mostly arent able to win vs stack because 1 member of the stacked team has aoes or a good skill combination like you + he gets mass pooled by his mates who are much better than your mates

It is not the swap in general i want to be limited . It is a specific type of swap which need to be changed . From my experience, admins never swapped anyone other than their allies to start with.
And how do I know? I was admin and yet I was still a victim lol
Anyways, tbh, admins should only be able to ban/mute/unban/announce
For the rest, I don't really see point of it.
Swaps are useful but it seems too many kids in chf are way too immature for ELO.
Heck even the freaking few root/admins now are the same crap.
Anyways, if all you guys care and yadadada is about ELO and can't trust anyone cause of ELO-ing, just give admins to players who don't give a flip about ELO in the first place.
