Sometimes I cant give reputation to some forum users. It say "Reputation can not be changed". Can i ask why? Maybe lspiderl can explain this?
You can only give reputation to a player in forum once every week or so. If you +repped a player 5 days ago for example and you tried repping today, it won't work since you will have to wait 2 more days until the next rep.
We do this so you can't "spam" rep. Anyways, rep shouldn't be a problem as before when each rep was 1 point...Oh goodness gracious, back in those days, getting 100 reps was an achievement Now 100 reps is like 4-5 veteran players in a few minutes...lol
i gave rep to this user more than week ago... and i cant give him rep again... why?

Has it ever hit you on the fact that I am one of the oldest consistent poster on CHF Forums and your account is rather new in comparison?
In fact, if you add all my 4 other banned accounts in this site I would have a couple hundred reps more
You are comparing someone who stayed long in this forum to a relatively new player on forums...
Played longer = More people know me = More people rep me from time to time and it adds up faster Played shorter = Less people know you currently = Less people rep you from time to time
Anyways, in case your wondering, I played CHF way back before this forum was even created (some 7invision thingy). A player from version 1.8-1.9 to a player from version 4.0. I think it's quite possible the 1.8-1.9er would have more veteran friends in forums :3
