I've only seen proxies which bypass BNet, not proxies in a lobby. Also, the proxy increases lag, say if you were 50 ping, then it would jump to 500 or so. You would see a significant increase in lag, which Fallen never has.
He's changing PC's at an internet cafe maybe, or he asks his ISP to change it for him.

Yea, the map can be cracked, but not the code.

Even if you had all of the security details for the code, it'd be very difficult to compute all of the security by hand ;D.
