I don't know if this was already posted 'coz it's just too many pages and I'm lazy... Anyways, it's just a minor bug that will probably affect less than 1% of the players: When you have the Ring of J33bus, if you manage to get yourself killed, you (sometimes?) lose your hero. And the ring drops... I don't know if this was intended or not. Probably it was.
