Passive abilities are not MAGIC spells (drilliance aura is in passive skill shop and idk why)
Magic spells would be something that does a direct point of infliction too enemies or yourself whether it damages or not.

Think about this. If cleave and tichmez don't stack, what makes you think acid and cleave will.
