| he holds alt to see the health bars, i use to do that too till i just set it to always show them. I found i was holding alt like 75% of the time anyway so i figured i would try and get use to them just always showing. it takes time to adjust to it as i was still pressing alt when i needed to see health but then it took it away and screwed me for a while there lol. now im use to it 
if you dont have a good comp though it can cause you some extra lag, esp during mass so if u have it on by default, hold alt during mass so there is less lag
