Well okay, you get the lvl 21 item that costs 3k and you only need to get it once in that game... does it reallt take that much effort to do it once every game?

What cheesy just suggested would be the best beat. make the area you can buy from just bigger then if you were following it.

Yeah they would be the best solution, not that I even think that it has to be changed at all...

The owl shop is a small shop which has no ordinary item in it, and if it were to be tempered with it could just become another shop like all the others.
It is unique and has its own use, please don't change it. :P

I think that the owl itself should not be increased any but the AOE to be able to buy something should be increased. Also maybe make it so that the owl won't keep wandering into the pick hero area and bases... Very anoying when trying to get an Item.
