New ultimate(or item) Stealing gold

| I've new idea about stealing gold skill. So this skill is like tt
only works on hero, have long CD and u gets 99% blood back.
but it cant deal damage to enemy instead it can steal enemy gold by 50% chance (or 30%. whatever)
and when you succeed then you get's target's gold (amount may lv1: 30% of targets gold, lv2 : 50% lv3 : 70%) this ulti could turn around whole game and might be funny.  I am pretty sure stooge will love this skill. 
cuz he always having hard time at earning gold and these lack of money makes him angry (hey stooge anger is not good for your health. game is just game) I dont know why some of people talking to me that I've only one strategy mass pool
So it might be cool when this ulti exist, use it to me and steal my mass pooled gold btw check my other ideas

| Interesting ulti Sound but it would be kinda of OP if you spammed heros, say on SSD with the same ulti and leaving the opponent with no gold lol.

The guys tries wayy to hard to beat me and sound, and then tries even harder to come up with excuses as to why he still lost!!! I think this should be an ulti that he would desperatly want! And thanks for caring for him sound, i mean afterall babies like stooge need a father like figure to guide his tears after a game is over.
