Yes. I think that the clan is about skill and some fun in friendship, chatting, common interests etc. That's what it is about and it makes it worth. If i would get hpmm with just 3 tests - i won't even respect the clan. I m a newcomer actually, but i'd like to offer a few steps: - get at least 50-100 wins \ recommendation of exp'ed member - get 3-5 recomendations from clan members - pass 3 games with shaman \ tester (this could be exp'd members as well, not only shamans i think)
its not an ELITE D-bag clan wins arnt as important
its far mroe about good all round skill ( not being a total noob)
working well with others in a team ,
and providing something benificial to teh clan such as good team work , good player ettiqute , and generaly being a person others in the clan like to have around

more of a known player that is around, friendly and knows people so he'll get in and have respect for the clan because he cares. give me a reason why a newcomer would respect the clan if he doesnt know anyone in it. i can say i know a lot about it as i've been around in many clans in many games, not just wc3 and I know how its like, believe me. if ppl have enough patience to wait those few weeks it will only show their respect and that they are mature enough to represent your clan. work hard to get in = more respect for what you did and worked for - same goes for money, if you work for money, you respect what you have and you care for it, easy as 1 2 3. thank you.

Hi its 13ring.iton here I would like 2 be on Hpmm test list, I play evryday with you guys and know about 80% of the clan members. I just wish 2 get reserved so I atomatic get 2 T1 because somtimes it can be annoying when i play with someone in clan hpmm that doesent have admin so we get in different teams I got over 150 wins and love 2 try new things all the time.
