Help please with email.

| Could someone with computing skills help me out here or anyone that knows what to do. My email account has been hacked by somebody and they have changed the email that the reset code for my account will be sent to so i can no longer access it. I use this email account for a lot of things and it has a few cd keys for some games that i do not want stolen so if anyone could help it would be much appreciated!

| I had no life morons hacked my account too and I got it back though. I talked to an experienced computer technician and ways they hack into your emails:
You log on to a site such as ucoz, game forum, facebook etc site using your email and the same password that you use for your email. Hackers have access as it somehow reveals the email address and password. So a few hundred thousand people use the same password for their emails account too when they sign up for other sites and all places so thats why hackers can get the password for the emails and have a bit of luck matching it up and logging in.
You clicked on spam in your junk mail.
You clicked on spam ads.
You got tricked and signed up for fake sites.
clicked on phisher emails such as "Bnet requesting you to log in because your account has been banned" but all it does is links you to the bnet official site and giving hackers your email addy. alot of simialr emails like that too.
downloaded and pirated songs/movie
went on porn (Stooge)
K, you said email but im not sure if it's hotmail. didn't you have an alternate second account to send the password too? If not, get the password incorrectly and keep on going until you find the option "I can't access it" then click it and follow the instructions from there. It will ask you for your personal details that you filled out and the last few subjects if you can remember and admins will match up your deails with the info you filled out when you first created that email account. Those are the major things and make sure you got a second email that the hotmail mail team can send the password reset too. Good luck.
If you ever get it back, make sure you change the pass word and keep it DIFFERENT from every other password from every other site, forum site or places you use.

After all that is done. Download Malwarebytes AntiMalware
and then scan ur computer and delete any potential malwares
after thats done, check for keygens once more by downloading hitman pro
and scan it....remove anything that it shows after it scans
U must do this so no further hacking would occur..enjoyz ^^

| i used to know a guy, until i distanced myself from those type of forums. in retrospect, i would have probably developed some useful skills that would most likely be beneficial.
