Maybe, walt goes on the run on his own, the drug guys take jesse, because well he can cook and maybe as a hostage or something (whatever reason you want them to take him). And that's why walt is coming back.

yeah seems likely butthey were shooting at hank and the spanish dude when they took cover behind the suburban, which walt is in. i think they do take him and basically force him to cook after injuring hank and walt flips/begs them not to kill them? they use his confession over the phone(im assuming they recorded it) as evidence and then he goes on the run?

I could see that theory working too, maybe walt escapes from the guys forcing him to cook and he has to kill them or some ish.
XD oh barney. Ugh i hate it that show is in the phases of conclusion, where the episodes are kind of crappy, because they are somewhat serious..
