I understand how much its hesistating when admin is alone in lobby and enemy stacked team request hold and swap.
But they should do thier favor unless they aren't afk.
nice people like katriel or cou or bajshoran never hesitating even they are alone.
on the other hand roystom and adam_cz never help others. they only use admin powers for themselves.
I can't count how many times did I or other players asked hold or swap to them but these two never did.
I don't know how roystom got admin but if it's to help spanish community people then root picked wrong person.
Admin should be friendly person to the community not selfish one.
Like katriel said admins are the face of the bot and they represent the host.
