| I decided to share this with you guys because i find it really cool. so what this does is this lets you change your wc3 theme/backround picture and colour..

Download your favorite theme
Run Insall.reg
Copy the folders: "Textures" and "UI" into the "Warcraft III" directory (replacing existing files)
All done!
If u have trouble connecting to bnet close wc3 and try running as administrator
