Fix command "-test afk" and bug with hero experience

| I just lose vs player with -400 elo who base killed me only in 7 minutes. In lobby he asked his ally for "fake afk" so he get 1900 gold for mass and buy auras. He was level 12 while i was only 4 and i cant do anything (no gold for jammy he picked black arrows and vengeance) I see people abuse this every game. If you will see this replay you will see that i cant do anything in this game I and i realyl got base killed in 7 minutes by noob -400 elo.
My idea: if you type "-test afk" you will allow control "afk" ally (this will work like command 500 win codes "-control color") but you will not get his gold, you will not can buy auras items and destroy mass.
Other idea: I noticed in 4.1 Bond make longer cd for jammy priest in creepshot, now you cant buy jammy before mass and you cant use dispell during mass. Is that possible also with auras items? Make longer CD for auras items so player cant buy these items for mass (if he have afk ally and 1900 gold more)
Fix that bug when player with 1 or 2 hero mass get more experience. Check please this replay you will see he was level 12 while i was level 4 and there was totaly nothing what can i do and its really sad lose to put -400 elo.Added (27-Mar-2014, 7:04 PM)

you can see brown was not afk and send gold to dark green instead buy hero... they are both friends from Garena and both from Mexico. In this game i lost 30

| i dont see why he faked afk when he coulda just pooled him the gold. but anyway buying auras for mass is no different really than getting healing wards etc.. the only reason i delayed a jammy is becuz that is a bit more op to get rid of the enemies scroll buff, but also in 4.1 the xp rate is balanced for a hero mass if they take the gold so it should be alright as of now already.

| to bad the batrider to enemy shop dont work... then u could send 3 of them and use thor bug 4 x after mass  take 3 lvls and gain 3000 gold lol.... something for mr tangerin

there was no evidence about intended afk for 1.9k gold.
You just banned him cuz you lost game thus your ban is admin abuse.
@Bond
Less exp on 2 heros seems harsh when one of the ally is disconnected or desync.
At least they should get 1.9k gold from leaver not curtailed money.

| all this reply show that you ban-abused and lost the game. and Bond has a point there, why wouldnt he just pooled...it couldnt be fake afk. To be honest, i dont understand why to you still let, Adam, kill this community and abuse every way. Let him play but remove hes admin, so he couldnt ban when he feels like.

| I was watching this replay now and he really was not AFK but he pooled him 1900 gold. He used F11 (allies) and he send him all gold manually. Go watch this f*cking replay TK. and SOUNDWAVES. Why you unbanned this players? It was legit ban and you are abusers.

buying auras is big different than buy wards... all players who pick hero have still 100 gold (if they have win codes they have 125 gold) so every team have 300 gold before mass even with 3 heroes and if they sell boots they have 350 gold for wards. But aura item cost 500 gold and there is not legit way how to get 500 gold before mass (only with leaver ally, ally who pool instead buy hero or "afk" ally)Added (28-Mar-2014, 3:01 AM)

yeah but the team with 2 hero gets a perk 1 way or another, they either get to use that 1900 gold and have a xp % decrease or they dont use the gold and get normal 100%

yea but if u have a team u can get the alter within secs of mass starting if all pools till u have 500 or so but if you're alone then u gotta wait till u kill a few foots but its not too much harder to obtain than a ward pretty quick into mass i use to get auras all the time

i suggested providing the allies with consumables or items ranging from claws of attack + 20 to aura items, randomly. But this was only for a leaver and removing the increased xp benefits. not sure on how this could be applied to afkers tho
