its a little hard to understand but I think you mean you cant download the map on the bot?
Are you running wc3 patch 1.27? Try updating to 1.28 on rubattle server. I dont think 1.27 will work with the current version of the game because everyone on bnet is on patch 1.29.2 which is way different.
Try updating your wc3 to patch 1.28 which will run on the rubattle server. Let us know if that works. If it does tell people on your server that also cant join. A lot dont understand English so its hard to tell them.
