like once i had a hero, i picked all the spells etc and when I quit the 2nd area (ulti spell pick one), I found out I am missing one spell, it just showed me the exact same icon
as stooge has on the screen-shot, I was like "wait, where is my 3rd spell lol.."

i remember it happened twice though, 2 different heroes and spells, was back in 3.2/3.3 I think.
but that don't matter, i just gave an example to show that random things are happening.

from now on anything weird i notice, i keep replay/screenshot it or whatever.
