| Quote (Hash) When inserting a vector to a bacteria, many factors come into play for the success of vectorial insertion well no sh!t sherlock Quote (Hash) what technique should we use to guarantee a successful insertion with maximum desired products? There are no guarantees (100%) for a successful insertion, but out of all the various techniques I would use either plasmid transformation or electroporation to achieve the best results. Also, you didn't specify whether we are dealing with plant or animal cells so it's still a broad question. Added (2011-05-22, 1:50 PM) ---------------------------------------------
Quote (Hash) PS: I have many more of these kind of questions which are on a more difficult level I can't wait, just don't throw all your molecular biology test-material at me. Quote (Cheesy-Gordia) Fav Genre of music? That would be Goa trance.

| LOL, how is that too broad? I was talking about bacterial vector (insert in the bacteria) not in a cell.... Electroporation does not work on bacterial insertion.... Should I give you another F- for not reading my question? Don't worry, molecular biology will only come toward the end right before Physical Chemistry

| Quote (Hash) Please re-answer my question. That is a request (phew!) and not a question, so I have the option to deny your request. I don't feel like re-answering your question at the moment, thanks anyway!

| Quote (lolblade) May you plz accept all the requests in this thread that you have said are not questions? Requests are not questions, therefore I cannot accept the heavy burden of answering requests as well. Quote (Trixxareforkids) What are you going to do to celebrate the 100th reply to this thread? sit out on the veranda, grab a beer, invite some friends over, turn up the music, etc...

| Quote (Hash) Why are you always trying to confuse me?
You made the false assumption that you're the only one I'm trying to confuse!
Plus, you asked two questions (which is a terrible mistake) so the 'why' has to wait.
Quote (Hash) Also, how do you like it if I slap you silly for giving answers which don't make sense?
I like it very much if you slap me since it'll eventually lead to you washing my car...
