Any further thoughts: he made FTD then made it hard mode, did not get a hero(babygravy22 pooled him 2250 gold) you can see where he has 2 towers building after i send my footmen scout.

I disagree.  Ban him, he picked FTD hard mode and said he knew that building in mid was a bannable offense.  If he had informed every one that is was hard mode FTD right away before they all had heros, then i would be ok.   This is trying to get elo, not getting a good game going.  If this was trying to get a good game i would agree not to ban him.

Give him a good warning. New players learn bad things from good players. (they simply follow)
