Is he getting elo from doing this? It looks not. Theres no rule for being banned for DCINg. Why would he purposely dc if he doesn't get any elo and doesn't get to play. There is no point in banning him if hes not getting any elo or playing the game. Im considering being done with this case unless someone tell me if he is getting elo for this or atleast tangible proof that he is deliberately doing this to make other lose.

just ban him for some days...so he will have time and motivation to fix hisinternet. otherwise he waste time by waiting in lobby till the games fullall his next games he will disconnect anyway  no

Well I will post my opinion there. So what probably happened?

He was searching some good allies for stack who can carry him (he dont play alone under that #1 rank account) and he joined full lobby and game fast started. He saw in lobby random pubs and he was scared play alone without stack. And because he didnt have enough time fast leave lobby before start (game started very fast) he just closed Warcraft III with ATL + F4 while game was loading....

Thats whole story. He shouldnt be banned or lose elo but just tell him dont leave games anymore because he is ruining games intentionaly (his mates are getting more gold and 2 hero mass). If he will continue leave games then we should ban him.
