Only root admins can use !comp also In addition, yes comp does kick the player, however, regular admins do not have access to such power (open/close/kick/comp all out of scope for a normal admin)
Sure ignore my post Also Rosa admins did have the comp command in August 2014, don't know if they have it now Apparently some guy added comps to the lobby and only reserve could join (this pic is from 2014)
