please ban airbus/dickla and 1 other for game manipulation

Any further thoughts: mass TP out of the map is uncounterable not to mention they had to stack the teams :(, but at the same time, i think interchange should proc spell blocker, for some reason it doesnt 
Replay available if needed... however ive noticed many CHF replays desync and dont show actual footage, just people idle in bases
