| Well. If you're soloing, maybe that storm bolt can be better. But if you wanna have some team work, firebolt is definitively better. That's at least what I think and what I understood in game. Then even when I solo I prefer to pick firebolt than storm, even with banish (and I'd say especially with banish).
Then we all have different playstyles, and anyway I rarely pick both, even if they're op as hell.
