Can somebody tell me how to play Warcraft 3 in widescreen? Whole time i was playing on normal "4:3" monitor but last days i am playing on widescreen (i got lcd 16:9) and its very bad i have scretched/deformed screen (my resolution 1600x900x32) but warcraft 3 was created for 4:3 only... since patch 1.25 blizzard added resolutions for 16:9 monitor but they said you still cant play this game with correct screen:

There is only one way how to play Warcraft on 16:9 with correct screen... you need download/use some software which create black sides on your monitor

i dont wanna buy new monitor (4:3) only because Warcraft it was gift for christmas and all people use 16:9 anyway (warcraft is really old game)

Mines looking pretty good did you change the video settings to your screens resolution? You have to do this manually but it's very easy. Just go into Options/Video then scroll the screen resultion option all the way down to last choice. Also if you have a nice system changing all the settings to high wont hurt anything. I remember when I made these changes was like switching to HD WC3 :P here is a screen of my settings.

i dont have 1920x1080x32 in my video options... max possible resolution in my Warcraft is 1600x900x32 (but mine monitor and graphic card too) its the same

my options seems ok but when i start game screenshot is very stretched and deformed

WTF i was testing another warcraft maps (Survival Chaos and Mini Dota) and i dont have problem play these maps in 16:9... i have problem only with Footies and other Footmen Frenzy maps.... maybe Bond can fix this problem and make CHF for widescreen too?
