the point is exactly in a case like yours for a second account on the same ip you would need to get an admins approval so that we know ahead of time its 2 seperate people

that said the wording is a little confusing so ill write it more clearly ( wasnt the one that wrote them originaly lol )

You are allowed only one account. If you have more than one person sharing a computer or IP address you must speak to an admin before making any further accounts from that IP

b i wasnt being dramatic im doing MY JOB so stop trolling and stfu

and I didnt make the rule bond and kobas did to prevent people doing stupid crap like using multiple accounts to spam the forums and super rep themselves etc
