well someone is quite obvious. when we can get team bond to use it every game w.o fail its gotta be op.

it mainly owns games where u win already, cuz this takes some $$ to use decently... so it starts off alot weaker than other spells. and btw:
this ability is fucking lvl up feed for others ^^ scepter shockwave + some aoe will own the whole group tongue
but yeh, once u get lvl 16, u get enough gold for ANYTHING ^^

Had used it against cou, wilz, stooge.
But i had bladestorm and i did win that game without stacked team/
