2 teams of APF vs me, my roomate and terminator/unstoppable.

 Terminator intentionally buys shit hero, has it leech exp, makes all his footies hold position during mass so that we get raped, and then proceeds to feed the apf teams the rest of game.

He is still playing under alts i banned two his accounts. Can you ban instead nicknames his IP? I remember Random360 said (on Randoms forum) if somebody is banned on main account but he still play under alts its called "ban evasion" and after this he is banned more days.
