theres never an issue questioning staff stooge theres only a problem when you do it using 20 Fbombs per post and insulting half the staff while doing it and you know darn well what im talking about lol

click on your account name (left top corner), that's your CP (control panel) from where you can edit information about you and set avatar/signature.
or click on the "my profile" button on the top.

it took me a while to get used to it too, kinda weird.
