This bit I don't think is true. I've never seen anyone who has obtained that many RoC keys. If he has that @USEast behind his name, and a SC icon instead of a race icon, it means he's using Starcraft and not WC3.
Some of them don't, but most of them do. Some dont have that @us at the end.
