no kicking is a good rule, it could overall cost that team the game and it's not fair to the members of his/her team that don't know no better, also your not always sure, the pervious ban of a maphacker turned out he was, but you still had to check the evidence of the replay, what if it turned out to be a alt...and firness you were on my ass about kicking a feeder but now your defending it b/c you in the position:)

If you're referring to the Jerome one then I banned him and I didn't have to check any evidence I told bio he mh way long ago
