Altar's CD is now so high that you can't re-use it, it dies before (because it dies easily even if you use divine). Nuke's CD is very low and that kills all darks / heroes / units / creeps you want in the area.
Ofc it doesn't kill pengs etc, but it's still better because you can use it several times.

lol the alters cd is 10 mins atm, and the nuke cd is like 5.5mins the nuke has many limits and the alter has like no limits
