I have a formula to redo the whole hero gold bounty. This new formula gives more gold for killing better players and less for killing noobs. If Implemented it would lower the learning curve of the game and make the bounty recieved for killing people on sprees higher. I have put in about 3 hours of thought and math, working with many different people to develope this. If you do not Understand how it works I will post an explanation later. First of all I have some Letters to represent the Values in my equations:
(M)ultiplier = (Hero Level/10)(Total Hero Kills+(Total Unit Kills/10))
(T)ime = Gametime in minutes
(S)pree = Hero kills without dying
When a hero is killed this code should run. All values apply to the hero killed, no Special bonuses are given if a low level kills a high level or if somebody with a low Multiplier kills somebody with a high Multiplier.

100 + T + M
Else If S > 5 and S < 10 Then
100 + T + M + M(0.05(S)^2 + 0.05(S) - 1)
Else
100 + T + 5.5M + (((S - 10)T)/100)
Note: This Formula is not final but I advise you plugging in some test values before you make an opinion. I also Propose a Spree Bonus of (Spree X 10) to the Hero killer every 5 kills. It would help offset the increased heat on the hero for the raised bounty.
