I think deep down you love the attention, even though it is 95% negative, it is better than no attention at all. If you really didn't want people to hate you then you wouldn't make up all this stuff and confuse everyone, but you LOVE this attention so you can't stop.
You can have people not hate you and get less attention (stop posting) or you can keep making everyone hate you but get a lot of attention (even though its negative).

Well becuase cancer is a life-threatening disease, and by making a joke about it, your disrespecting the seriousness of the whole thing. Cancer ruins the lives of whole groups, and I'm pretty sure at least one person has been affected by cancer on here. So ofc they won't be happy about anyone joking of it.

| Quit these damned threads flame I'm almost ready to forgive but I honestly think you could care less about what happened and what you need to do. Just apologize (not backhanded like all of your other "apoplogies") and accept the outcome you will eventually not be hated but for the time being quit replying to people just do it.
