I just found out i got hallux rigidus and loss of cartilage in my right shoulder....... I'm going for treatment these two weeks so I won't be on in the day but in the night maybe a little. The doctor says that my condition won't get better but I can stop it getting worse with treatment. Hurts like a ****, though. That is all.
