why does frost & black arrow doesnt stack with multishot?

| I haven't played 5.4 before but I tried yesterday.
And I saw fire arrow with multi shot.
I am just wondering. I thought those arrow things and multishot is orb effect. so it doesnt stack
but how come fire arrow stacks with multishot? but not frost and black arrow?
can someone give me answer?

| mask works with multi-shot if it operates under the same way mask does where only the main attack gives life then i think it would be ok but if everyarrow had orb effect it would be op

| its because frost and dark have an effect on the unit and is considered like casting any other auto-cast spell, fire doesnt, it only adds damage to your base attack. nothing else

| frost doesn't because its better than multi shot. So to even out the ease of comparison, bond made it so that searing arrows can stack with multi arrow.
Its a decision. Searing arrow + multi shot or frost arrows slow to down the enemies.

i thought he meant undead sylvannas, and no normal sylvannas had rocket fury as ulti, multishot was either from hatoup or added in chf
