lol just realized something. chinese has the longest history of reproofs on forums :P. about the thread, i think he means that you can tech to t3 which costs 4.35k + upgrades = about 7k +1.8k to sleep a dangerous hero = around 9k which u can bk instead of wasting 14.5k to use pengs which they can use rune against and u wud need to steal runes or buy 2 to bk.
