http://www.mediafire.com/ Click big green button saying "UPLOAD to MediaFire"
Big screen comes up, box saying "Click Here to Upload"
U click there, look for your file and then click the green button "Begin Uploading Files"
Wait until it finishes uploading and then click the green button "Go to My Files"
Click on the file you have uploaded and copy the link. You are done
