I agree with u ottoj but 4.1 is the most imbalanced version, forget golems, forget tech etc.. Just pick aoes, get lev16, reskills with elementals +aura and gg. This is not footies, it's called custom hero Dota.
That's why we host 4.0 
Much more fun. I grew tired of playing Aoe => reskill to water elementals EVERY SINGLE game
PS: you forget that now since everybody is getting higher level heroes, most players pick either Xmute or TT as ultis. It is obnoxious.
